"The Waterbury Neighborhood Council strives to encourage citizen involvement in both neighborhood and city-wide issues, strengthen existing neighborhood organizations, and foster the creation of new ones. Active citizen participation and involvement in the issues which affect the quality of our daily lives is an essential requirement for both the preservation of our neighborhoods and the revitalization of the City of Waterbury. We are proud to work with volunteers, philanthropists, and generous citizens in reinvigorating our home, the great City of Waterbury."
